[origin: WO8607435A1] A heat exchange container (1) filled preferably with water of an individual or central heating installation is combined with a furnace device provided with a combustion chamber (5) and used for the pulsed combustion of flowing fuels, particularly liquids. Said furnace device is mounted on a support plate closing an opening of the container (1). The air supply is provided discontinuously through valves (30) and the fuel is continuously injected under pressure into a precombustion chamber (10) by means of an inlet nozzle (29) which is axially displaceable so that the injection pressure and the position of the injection nozzle (29) are essential variables. A turbulence element is arranged within the precombustion chamber (10) closed to the bottom of the chamber. Its opening is adjustable and it is intended to swirl the air-fuel mixture thereby providing another regulation variable. Preferably, the combustion chamber (5) is provided with double walls, the cylindrical double walls enclosing a narrow space enabling the heat transfer and the double bottom walls being separated by a large insulating space.

In einem wassergefüllten Wärmetauschbehälter (1) einer Raum- oder Zentralheizungsanlage wird eine Feuerungseinrichtung mit einer Brennkammer (5) zur pulsierenden Verbrennung fließfähiger, insbesondere flüssiger Brennstoffe, verwendet, die als Behältereinsatz an einer eine Öffnung des Behälters (1) verschließenden Trägerplatte (2) montiert ist. Die Brennkammer (5) ist doppelwandig ausgebildet, wobei der Doppelmantel einen sehr schmalen, die Wärmeübertragung ermöglichenden Spalt, der doppelte Brennkammerboden hingegen einen breiten, wärmeisolierenden Spalt einschließt. Die an die Brennkammer (5) anschließende Abgasabführeinrichtung (6) umfaßt mindestens einen, vorzugsweise ebenfalls doppelwandigen Schalldämpfer (9), der ebenfalls von Wasser (3) umgeben ist. Von diesem führt ein Auspuffrohr (7) ins Freie.
