[origin: US4931620A] In an electric hotplate (1), the hotplate body (4) has a throughbore (28) located in its central axis (10) and traversing a central stud (7) and the top surface and in which can be arranged in countersunk manner the head (26) of a fastening bolt (25) projecting over the underside of central stud (7). On the underside of the hotplate (1) is provided for the electrical connection thereof a connecting piece (16) of an electrical snap closure coupling (20), so that hotplate (1) in simple manner and with limited tool expenditure permits a rapid assembly from the top of a mounting plate (2) and, if necessary, can also be rapidly replaced.

Bei einer Elektro-Kochplatte (1) weist der Kochplattenkörper (4) eine in seiner Mittelachse (10) liegende, einen Mittelzapfen (7) sowie die Oberseite durchsetzende Durchgangsbohrung (28) auf, in welche der Kopf (26) eines über die Unterseite des Mittelzapfens (7) vorstehenden Befestigungsbolzens (25) gegenüber der Kochfläche (9) versenkt angeordnet werden kann, wobei gleichzeitig an der Unterseite der Kochplatte (1) für deren elektrischen Anschluß ein Anschlußstück (16) einer elektrischen Schnellanschluß-Kupplung (20) vorgesehen ist, so daß die Elektro-Kochplatte (1) auf einfache Weise und mit geringem Werkzeugaufwand eine schnelle Montage von der Oberseite einer Einbauplatte (2) her zuläßt und sich erforderlichenfalls auch schnell auswechseln läßt.
