Abstract (en)
In the knitting machine with a thread-changing device with knotter, in which a thread is guided from the knotter (10) via a thread storage device (30) to a thread processing station (16), the thread length between the knotter and the thread processing station is always kept the same, so that the control device (20) has fixed data for this length available for the purpose of triggering the formation of a knot during the thread change. Moreover, the drive movement of the knitting machine (17) is monitored by means of a path transmitter (22) which, independently of the needle division of a needle bed, supplies for each unit of path length a predetermined number of pulses which are evaluated as clock pulses in the control device (20). The construction of the control device can be simplified as a result of these measures. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei der Strickmaschine mit einer Fadenwechseleinrichtung mit Knotvorrichtung, in welcher ein Faden von der Knotvorrichtung (10) über eine Fadenspeichervorrichtung (30) zu einer Fadenverarbeitungsstelle (16) geführt wird, ist die Fadenlänge zwischen der Knotvorrichtung und der Fadenverarbeitungsstelle immer gleich gehalten, so daß der Steuereinrichtung (20) zur Auslösung einer Knotenbildung beim Fadenwechsel feste Daten für diese Länge vorliegen. Außerdem wird die Antriebsbewegung der Strickmaschine (17) mittels eines Weggebers (22) überwacht, der unabhängig von der Nadelteilung eines Nadelbettes pro Weglängeneinheit eine vorgegebene Impulszahl liefert, die als Taktimpulse in der Steuereinrichtung (20) ausgewertet werden. Durch diese Maßnahmen läßt sich der Aufbau der Steuereinrichtung vereinfachen.
