A device for controlling a single heald on a loom with a shedding apparatus possesses a selector device having at least one lifting plate (14) moved up and down synchronously with the work cycle of the loom and carrying sinkers (25) which are connected to the single healds and which can be retained in their raised position by electromagnets (39) actuated by a design control device. To achieve a compact form of construction not susceptible to faults, according to the invention the sinkers (25) have, at their end opposite the heald connection, a laterally deflectable resilient extension leg (34) with a bent catch hook (36), which, with the sinker raised, can be pressed by an associated electromagnet (39) via a stationary holding rail (38), on which the sinker catches after a short downward movement. <IMAGE>

Eine Einzellitzensteuervorrichtung für eine Webmaschine mit einer Fachbildevorrichtung besitzt eine Auswahlvorrichtung, die mindestens eine synchron zum Arbeitstakt der Webmaschine auf- und abbewegte Hubplatte (14) aufweist, welche mit den Einzellitzen verbundene Platinen (25) trägt, die durch von einer Mustersteuereinrichtung betätigte Elektromagnete (39) in ihrer angehobenen Stellung arretierbar sind. Zur Erzielung einer kompakten, störunanfälligen Bauform ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß die Platinen (25) an ihrem dem Litzenanschluß gegenüberliegenden Ende einen seitlich auslenkbaren, federnden Verlängerungsschenkel (34) mit abgebogenem Rasthaken (36) aufweisen, welcher bei angehobener Platine durch einen zugeordneten Elektromagneten (39) über eine feststehende Halteschiene (38) drückbar ist, an der sich die Platine nach kurzer Abwärtsbewegung verhakt.
