Abstract (en)
Arranged on a mounting yoke (1), which can be introduced manually into the chamber (12) with a mounting rod (15) and locked in heat exchanger tubes, are at least three remotely operable gripping fingers (2, 3, 4), one gripping finger (2) of which is arranged at least approximately in the centre of the yoke with interposition of a lifting cyliner (5). At least one further gripping finger (3 or 4) in each case is held at the two yoke ends by means of a remotely operable clamping device (9). Connected to each of the further gripping fingers (3, 4) arranged at the yoke ends is a toothed belt (19 or 20). The toothed belts (19, 20) are each in engagement with a toothed belt gear (28) of two synchronously controllable lifts (26, 27) for the remotely operated tool (21) to be introduced or positioned. The tool (21) is preferably likewise equipped with remotely operable gripping fingers (22 to 25). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
An einem mit einer Montagestange (15) händisch in die Kammer (12) einbringbaren und in Wärmetauscherrohren arretierbaren Montagejoch (1) sind mindestens drei fernbetätigbare Spannfinger (2, 3, 4) angeordnet, von denen ein Spannfinger (2) zumindest annähernd in der Jochmitte unter Zwischenschaltung eines Hubzylinders (5) angeordnet ist. Mindestens je ein weiterer Spannfinger (3 bzw. 4) ist an den beiden Jochenden mittels einer fernbetätigbaren Klemmvorrichtung (9) gehalten. Mit den an den Jochenden angeordneten weiteren Spannfingern (3, 4) ist jeweils ein Zahnriemen (19 bzw. 20) verbunden. Die Zahnriemen (19, 20) stehen mit je einem Zahnriemengetriebe (28) zweier synchron steuerbarer Aufzüge (26, 27) für das fernbetätigt einzubringende bzw. zu positionierende Gerät (21) im Eingriff. Das Gerät (21) ist bevorzugt ebenfalls mit fernbetätigbaren Spannfinger (22 bis 25) ausgerüstet.
