Ein Umlaufregal (2), welches insbesondere zum Speichern von Ober- und Unterwerkzeugen (4,6) für eine Abkantmaschine (1) dient, ist zusätzlich zu seiner üblichen, im Bereich der Vorderwand (9) angeordneten Be- und Entladeöffnung (11) mit einer im Bereich einer Seitenwand (12) angeordneten Be- und Entladeöffnung (14) versehen, die eine Überführung der Werkzeuge vom Umlaufregal (2) zur Abkantmaschine (1) und umgekehrt mittels Übertragungsbrücken (42,43) auf kürzestem Wege ermöglicht.
