[origin: FR2613380A1] A new substance obtained from the supernatant of Vibrio cholerae cultures induces the production of antibodies in an experimental mammal into which it is injected and has a molecular weight approximately of the order of 57 kD. This substance has an adjuvant action and can be advantageously associated with antimitotic agents.

Nouvelle substance obtenue à partir de surnageant de cultures de vibrio cholerae. Cette nouvelle substance provoque l'apparition d'anticorps chez un mammifère expérimental auquel elle est injectée et son poids moléculaire est sensiblement de l'ordre de 57 kD. Cette substance à effet adjuvant, peut avantageusement être associée à des agents antimitotiques.
