Abstract (en)

A transient suppressor device assembly comprises at least two electrical components (1, 3, 4) and a fail-safe clip (2). The fail-safe clip (2) has means for simultaneously providing the necessary electrical conductive paths, providing fail-safe operation if an electrical component (1, 3, 4) becomes overheated and holding together the electrical components (1, 3, 4).
