Abstract (en)
Halogenated hydrocarbon-, in particular chlorinated hydrocarbon- containing starting material, in particular used oil, oil distillation residue, oil sludge or the like, is utilised by a process which is characterised in that the halogenated hydrocarbon-containing starting material in flowable state is passed into an indirectly heated fluidised bed and in the presence of at least one basic additive is pyrolytically decomposed in a reducing atmosphere at a temperature of 400 to 900@ Celsius, in that the resulting pyrolysis gas is passed through at least one cooling step and high-boiling hydrocarbon components are separated out as heavy oil by partial condensation of the pyrolysis gas, and in that the heavy oil is returned to the fluidised bed and again subjected to the pyrolysis.

Verfahren zum Verwerten von Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, insbesondere Chlorkohlenwasserstoffe, enthaltendem Ausgangsmaterial, insbesondere Altöl, Öldestillationsrückstand, Ölschlamm oder dergleichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe enthaltende Ausgangsmaterial in fließfähigem Zustand in ein indirekt beheiztes Wirbelbett eingebracht und in Anwesenheit wenigstens eines basischen Zuschlagstoffes in reduzierender Atmosphäre bei einer Temperatur von 400 bis 900° Celsius pyrolytisch zersetzt wird, daß das entstandene Pyrolysegas durch mindestens eine Kühlstufe geführt und hochsiedende Kohlenwasserstoffbestandteile durch teilweise Kondensation des Pyrolysegases als Schweröl abgeschieden werden, und daß das Schweröl in das Wirbelbett zurückgeführt und erneut der Pyrolyse unterworfen wird.
