Abstract (en)
[origin: JPH01110149A] PURPOSE: To make it possible to have a tip portion of a printing plate automatically followed by a terminal portion thereof when registering the circumferential direction by disposing a rotary cam axis to move a clamp piece. CONSTITUTION: A groove 11 for strip piece facing downward is disposed on a leg portion 9 of a clamp strip piece 4 and used for housing a rotary cam axis 12, the cam axis 12 being supported by bearing blocks 13 and 14. The cam axis 12 has a cam 34 extended to the axis direction over the entire length. The registration for the circumferential direction is adjusted by turning a tube axis 12 to the rotating direction of a cylinder or the opposite direction thereof and locking the desired position with a pin 56 using a tool. Then, side walls 36 and 37 of the groove 11 are pressed by the cam 34 and clamped by the clamp strip piece 4, thus, a printing plate terminal portion 8 being followed by a printing plate tip portion 33. Against the tension of twist springs 29 and 31 or with the tension, the printing plate tip portion 33 is moved to the rotating direction or the opposite direction.
