Abstract (en)
The tearable package for foods or the like has a cup-type bottom part and a lid-type top part, which parts are connected to one another in a sealing manner, and a tearing device, by means of which at least one part of the top part can be completely separated from the tearable package. The tearable package is subdivided into at least two partial spaces by at least one separation film and, in one of the partial spaces, an actuating element is provided for tearing or piercing the separation film.

Es ist eine Aufreißverpackung für Speisen oder dgl. vorgesehen mit einem becherartigen Unterteil (5) und einem deckelartigen Oberteil (4), die abdichtend miteinander verbunden sind, und mit einer Aufreißvorrichtung (14, 15), mittels der wenigstens ein Teil des Oberteils vollständig von der Aufreißverpackung abtrennbar ist. Die Aufreißverpackung ist durch wenigstens eine Trennfolie (3) in wenigstens zwei Teilräume unterteilt und in einem der Teilräume ist ein Betätigungselement (19, 20) zum Aufreißen oder Durchstoßen der Trennfolie vorgesehen.
