[origin: JPH01112675A] PURPOSE: To connect electrical wires without stripping the wires by applying a lateral pressure of a central pushing member until a punching point punches an insulating part of the electrical wire to make contact with a conductive strand. CONSTITUTION: Power transmission electrical wires 1 are connected by means of connection terminals, which comprises at least two end parts with tube-shaped taps or thread grooves in a rigid body 4 made of metal or molded insulation resin. A stopper 6 is threadedly fastened to each tube-shaped end part of the body 4, and the electrical wires 1 are accommodated in a body portion of the body 4 of each stopper 6. An electric wire passage opening of the tube-shaped end part is divided by a common bottom wall surface wherein a spike 9 is held, The spike 9 projects into the respective electrical wire passage opening to form an electric wire punching point. The electrical wires 1 are inserted from a duct 18 into a space between a punching point and the stopper 6 by loosening a thread on the stopper 6, and then the stopper 6 is threadedly fastened to press the electrical wires 1 on the punching point. Consequently, 1 the punching point penetrates an insulation layer of the electrical wires to provide electrical interconnection.

Borne de raccordement électrique de fils de transport d'énergie du type à conducteur central multibrins gaîné d'isolant. La borne comporte un corps (4) rigide à extrémités tubulaires filetées ou taraudées, traversées chacune transversalement et au moins partiellement par une ouverture (7) de passage de fil qui a une forme allongée parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de la borne. Un bouchon (6) vient se visser en bout d'extrémité tubulaire, il porte un poussoir (12) qui pénètre dans l'extrémité tubulaire au fur et à mesure du vissage. Une broche conductrice (9) comporte des pointes d'extrémité perforantes respectivement en saillie hors d'une paroi commune (8) à travers les fonds des ouvertures (7) de passage de fil des extrémités tubulaires pour permettre l'interconnexion par la broche de fils introduits dans la borne par les dites ouvertures.
