Abstract (en)
The frame saw blade (2) has teeth arranged at a distance apart on its straight continuous bottom edge. The teeth are fastened subsequently to the steel blade of the frame saw. For the hold of the individual teeth, provision is made for these teeth to be arranged on the outside of the centre web of a support (3) which is of U-shaped design in cross-section, is made of corrosion-resistant metal plate and is slipped onto the blade (2) of the frame saw. Here, an individual support (3) can carry on its outside several teeth (4) at a distance from one another. In this arrangement, the individual support (3) can be frictionally connected to the blade (2). However, it is particularly convenient if it is brazed to the blade and carries on both the inside and outsides of its centre web a brazing layer (5) with which it is itself to be fastened on the one side to the blade (2) and is also to be connected to the individual tooth (4). <IMAGE>

Das Gattersägeblatt (2) trägt auf seiner gerade durchlaufenden Unterkannte im Abstand angeordnete Zähne, die auf dem aus Stahl bestehenden Blatt der Gattersäge nachträglich befestigt sind. Für den Halt der einzelnen Zähne ist vorgesehen, daß diese auf der Außenseite des Mittelsteges eines im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildeten Trägers (3) angeordnet sind, der aus einem korrosionsbeständigen Metallblech besteht und auf das Blatt (2) der Gattersäge aufgesteckt ist. Dabei kann ein einzelner Träger (3) mehrere im Abstand zueinanderstehende Zähne (4) auf seiner Außenseite tragen. Der einzelne Träger (3) kann dabei kraftschlüssig mit dem Blatt (2) verbunden sein. Besonders zweckmäßig ist es jedoch, wenn er mit dem Blatt verlötet ist und sowohl auf seiner Innenseite wie auch auf seiner Außenseiten des Mittelsteges eine Lotschicht (5) trägt, mit der er einerseits selber auf dem Blatt (2) zu befestigen ist wie auch mit dem einzelnen Zahn (4) zu verbinden ist.
