In a piston (1) for axial-piston engines, the piston (1) being designed as a hollow body with an axial cut-out (2), on whose circumferential wall there are arranged at least two annular shoulder surfaces (6), which run in the circumferential direction, face away from one another and are spaced apart from one another, and which engage with light-alloy material (4) cast into the cut-out (2), it is intended to improve the attachment of the light-alloy material (4) in the hollow body, while ensuring a simple design. This is achieved by the shoulder surfaces (6) extending essentially at right angles to the longitudinal axis (7) of the piston (1), and by the light-alloy material (4) being clamped in a force-fit manner onto the shoulder surfaces (6), with shrinkage. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Kolben (1) für Axialkolbenmaschinen, wobei der Kolben (1) als Hohlkörper mit einer axialen Ausnehmung (2) ausgebildet ist, an deren Umfangswand wenigstens zwei in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende, einander abgewandte und voneinander beabstandete ringförmige Schulterflächen (6) angeordnet sind, die mit in die Ausnehmung (2) eingegossenem Leichtmaterial (4) in Eingriff stehen, soll bei Gewährleistung einer einfachen Ausgestaltung die Befestigung des Leichtmaterials (4) im Hohlkörper verbessert werden. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Schulterflächen (6) sich im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Längsachse (7) des Kolbens (1) erstrecken, und das Leichtmaterial (4) unter Schrumpfung kraftschlüssig an den Schulterflächen (6) verspannt ist.
