An apparatus for changing hollow cops on a loom possesses a cop magazine for hollow cops with one cop end designed for an external draw-off and with an extension part fixed firmly in the other cop end and having a coaxially projecting retaining pin, a clamping device mounted in the shuttle for fixing the retaining pin in alignment, a thread insertion slot extending in a straight line from the trough space to the other shuttle end, a cop ejector ram arranged in the batten and extendable into the shuttle through a passage orifice on the underside, a cop press-in ram for pressing the retaining pin of a hollow cop extracted from a cop magazine into the clamping device of the shuttle, and a thread insertion device lowerable together with the cop press-in ram and intended for introducing the new cop thread into the thread insertion slot of the shuttle. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Schlauchkops-Auswechselvorrichtung für eine Webmaschine besitzt ein Kopsmagazin für Schlauchkopse mit einem zum Außenabzug ausgelegten Kopsende und einem in anderen Kopsende fest eingebundenen Ansatzteil mit einem koaxial herausstehenden Halterungszapfen, eine im Webschützen angebrachte Klemmvorrichtung zur ausgerichteten Festlegung des Halterungszapfens, einen vom Trograum geradlinig zum anderen Schützenende verlaufenden Fadeneinführschlitz, einen in der Weblade angeordneten, durch eine unterseitige Durchgangsöffnung in den Webschützen ausfahrbaren Kops-Auswerfstempel, einen Kopseinpreßstempel zum Einpressen des Halterungszapfens eines aus einem Kopsmagazin entnommenen Schlauchkopses in die Klemmvorrichtung des Webschützen und eine zusammen mit dem Kopseinpreßstempel absenkbare Faden-Einführvorrichtung zum Einführen des neuen Kopsfadens in den Fadeneinführschlitz des Webschützens.
