Perforated bodies are fixed in known fuel injection valves downstream of the valve sealed seat and are provided with ejecting apertures, the size of which proportions the amount of fuel injected. The new perforated body is intended to permit simple adjustment of the size of these ejecting apertures. <??>The perforated body (55) has a plurality of ejecting apertures (54a, b), which proportion the amount of fuel flowing through by virtue of their geometry and align the injected jet of fuel. The length of individual ejecting apertures (54b) is determined by making reliefs (80) (slots, blind holes, tapered incisions) in flat sides (59, 62) of the perforated body (55). <??>The perforated body is suitable for use in fuel injection valves for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines. <IMAGE>

Lochkörper werden bei bekannten Kraftstoffeinspritzventilen stromab des Ventildichtsitzes befestigt und mit Abspritzöffnungen versehen, deren Größe die abgespritzte Kraftstoffmenge dosiert. Der neue Lochkörper soll eine einfache Einstellung der Größe dieser Abspritzöffnungen ermöglichen. Der Lochkörper (55) verfügt über mehrere der Abspritzöffnungen (54a, b), die aufgrund ihrer Geometrie die durchströmende Kraftstoffmenge dosieren und den abgespritzten Kraftstoffstrahl ausrichten. Durch das Einbringen von Absätzen (80) (Nuten, Sackbohrungen, keilförmige Einschnitte) in Flachseiten (59, 62) des Lochkörpers (55) wird die Länge einzelner Abspritzöffnungen (54b) festgelegt. Der Lochkörper eignet sich zur Anwendung an Kraftstoffeinspritzventilen für Kraftstoffeinspritzanlagen von Brennkraftmaschinen.
