Abstract (en)
For the optical fault control of knitwear (16) during its production in a knitwear processing machine, the knitwear is sensed line by line by the optical sensing device (18). The sensing signals generated thereby are fed to a digital processing circuit. The sensing signals are stored in a reference mode as pattern signals in the digital processing circuit. In a subsequent operating mode, during the production of the knitwear (16), the sensing signals are compared as operating sensing signals for identity with the reference signals corresponding to the sensing position. If there is no identity, a fault signal is transmitted.

Zur optischen Überwachung einer Maschenware (16) während ihrer Herstellung in einer Maschenwarenverarbeitungsmaschine auf Fehler wird die Maschenware durch die optische Abtasteinrichtung (18) zeilenweise abgetastet. Die hierbei erzeugten Abtastsignale werden an eine digitale Verarbeitungsschaltung geliefert. Die Abtastsignale werden in einem Referenzmodus als Mustersignale in der digitalen Verarbeitungsschaltung abgespeichert. Die Abtastsignale werden in einem anschließenden Betriebsmodus während der Herstellung der Maschenware (16) als Betriebsabtastsignale mit den der Abtastposition entsprechenden Referenzsignalen auf Übereinstimmung verglichen. Bei Nichtübereinstimmung wird ein Fehlersignal abgegeben.
