Connection piece formed by a base element (1) and a cover (2); the bottom (8) of the base element (1) has a through hole (5) fitted with a sealing ring (7) and the closed inner end of the cover (2) has a projecting element or stud (10) designed to enter said through hole (5) and seal this through hole off. The invention relates to improved breathing masks having a mask connection piece formed by a base element and a cover, by which the quality of air breathed may be determined. <IMAGE>

La présente invention a pour objet un raccord de masque respiratoire formé d'un élément de base (1) et d'un couvercle (2), le fond (8) de l'élément de base (1) comportant un trou traversant (5) muni d'un joint annulaire d'étanchéité (7) et le fond du couvercle (2) comportant un élément formant saillie ou téton (10) destiné à pénétrer dans ledit trou traversant (5) et à d'obturer de façon étanche ce trou traversant. Elle concerne les masques respiratoires perfectionnés comportant un raccord de masque formé d'un élément de base et d'un couvercle, dont on peut déterminer la qualité de l'air aspiré.
