Abstract (en)
A knitting machine, especially a flat-bed knitting machine, has a self-sprung intermediate sinker (26) mounted longitudinally displaceably in a needle channel (10) of a needle bed by means of a control sinker (40) and having a press foot (38). This intermediate sinker acts on an elastically flexible coupling part (16) connected in an articulated manner to a needle (12) at one end and supported on the bottom (14) of the needle channel at the other end and can guide the working foot (24) of the coupling part into the region of the lock parts (23) of the knitting lock plate (22) or move it out of this region. The longitudinally displaceable intermediate sinker (26) is tensioned resiliently between the bottom (14) of the needle channel (10) and the underside (31) of a control-sinker bed (30). The intermediate sinker (26) and the bottom (14) of the needle channel and/or the control-sinker bed (30) have means for positioning the intermediate sinker in its longitudinal direction. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Strickmaschine, insbesondere eine Flachstrickmaschine, hat eine in einem Nadelkanal (10) eines Nadelbetts mittels einer Steuerplatine (40) längsverschiebbar gelagerte, selbstfedernde Zwischenplatine (26) mit einem Drückerfuss (38). Diese Zwischenplatine wirkt auf einen einends mit einer Nadel (12) gelenkig verbundenen, andernends auf dem Boden (14) des Nadelkanals abstützenden, elastisch biegsamen Kupplungsteil (16) ein und kann dessen Arbeitsfuss (24) in den Bereich der Schlossteile (23) der Strickschlossplatte (22) führen bzw. aus diesem Bereich hinausbewegen. Die längsschiebbare Zwischenplatine (26) ist federnd zwischen dem Boden (14) des Nadelkanals (10) und der Unterseite (31) eines Steuerplatinenbetts (30) gespannt. Die Zwischenplatine (26) sowie der Boden (14) des Nadelkanals und/oder das Steuerplatinenbett (30) weisen Mittel zur Positionierung der Zwischenplatine in deren Längsrichtung auf.
