In a bubble brick for metallurgical vessels, consisting of a moulded brick (1) with a gas distributor connected to a gas feed line (7) and gas channels (3), the gas channels (3) start from an air box (4) and are surrounded gas-tight by a protective pipe (5) which keeps the exterior part of the moulded brick (1) free of the pressure of the bubbling gas. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Spülstein für metallurgische Gefäße aus einem Formstein (1) mit einem an eine Gaszuleitung (7) angeschlossenen Gasverteiler und Gaskanälen (3) gehen die Gaskanäle (3) von einem Windkasten (4) ab und sind von einem Schutzrohr (5) gasdicht umgeben, das den außenliegenden Teil des Formsteins (1) frei von dem Druck des Spülgases hält.
