Abstract (en)

The floor covering has a usable layer which is produced by needlefelt technology and is needle-punched with a batt. A heavy-duty backing of electrically conductive plastic is applied to the surface opposite the usable layer. The electrostatic charge on the surface can be conducted to the bottom surface by an electrically conductive batt which on the one hand is applied with the heavy-duty backing and on the other hand is self-adhesive on the downward-facing surface.

Das Bodenbelagmaterial hat eine nach der Nadelfilztechnologie hergestellte Nutzschicht, die mit einem Endlosfaservlies vernadelt wird. Auf der der Nutzschicht abgewandten Fläche wird eine Schwerbeschichtung aus elektrisch leitenden Kunststoff aufgebracht. Durch ein elektrisch leitfähiges Faservlies, das einerseits mit der Schwerbeschichtung aufgebracht und andererseits auf der nach unten gerichteten Fläche selbsthaftend ist, kann die elektrostatische Aufladung auf der Oberseite zur Unterseite abgeleitet werden.
