Abstract (en)
The subject of the invention is a method and device for introducing fibres into a spinning rotor of spinning units with a vertical axis of the opening cylinder 7 and with a relatively small diameter of the spinning rotor 18 for high performance parameters. The fibre take-off in the lower part of the working width of the opening cylinder 7 is achieved in an especially reliable way in that the airstream guided under this working width is so deflected obliquely upwards in the fibre take-off zone in front of the take-off edge 27 that the flowing air is directed obliquely upwards along the separating edge as early as at the lower limit of the working width. For deflecting the airstream there is an oblique guide face 26 or another airstream supplied in an oblique direction from the external environment. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Einführen von Fasern in einen Spinnrotor bei Spinneinheiten mit vertikaler Achse der Auflösewalze 7 und mit relativ kleinem Durchmesser des Spinnrotors 18 für hohe Leistungsparameter. Gelöst wird besonders zuverlässig die Faserabnahme im unteren Teil der Arbeitsbreite der Auflösewalze 7 dadurch, daß der unter dieser Arbeitsbreite geführte Luftstrom in der Zone der Faserabnahme vor der Abnahmekante 27 schräg nach oben so gelenkt wird, daß schon an der unteren Grenze der Arbeitsbreite die strömende Luft schräg nach oben entlang der Abtrennkante gerichtet ist. Zur Lenkung des Luftstroms dient eine schräge Führungsfläche 26 oder ein anderer, aus der äußeren Umgebung in schräger Richtung zugeführter Luftstrom.
