The invention relates to a method and a device to restore a staircase. The restoration is effected with the aid of new tread elements (14) which are laid on top of the old steps (11, 12) and are fixed thereto with the aid of tread profiles. The cavities remaining between the old steps, the new tread elements and the profiles are filled with an assembly foam (18) which has a reaction time of several hours and during this time undergoes at most a twofold increase in volume. As a result, it is possible to foam the old steps, the profiles and optionally the tread elements in place, subsequently to assemble and align the different parts precisely, and finally to allow the assembly foam to harden. The tread profile (1) possesses three legs (2, 3, 4) arranged above one another and parallel to one another and a profiled part (6) connecting the latter, which is provided on its visible side with at least one receiving groove (9) intended to receive a cover layer (7). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Sanieren einer Treppe. Die Sanierung erfolgt mit Hilfe neuer Trittflächenelemente (14), die auf die alten Treppenstufen (11,12) aufgelegt und mit Hilfe von Trittflächenprofilen an diesen befestigt werden. Die zwischen den alten Treppenstufen, den neuen Trittflächenelementen und den Profilen verbleibenden Hohlräume werden mit einem Montageschaum (18) ausgeschäumt, der eine mehrstündige Reaktionszeit besitzt und während dieser eine maximal zweifache Volumenzunahme erfährt. Dadurch ist es möglich, die alten Treppenstufen, die Profile und ggf. die Trittflächenelemente einzuschäumen, danach die Montage und eine genaue Ausrichtung der verschiedenen Teile vorzunehmen und abschließend den Montageschaum der Aushärtung zu überlassen. Das Trittflächenprofil (1) weist drei übereinander und parallel zueinander angeordnete Schenkel (2,3,4) und ein diese verbindendes Profilteil (6) auf, das aus seiner Sichtseite mit wenigstens einer zur Aufnahme einer Deckschicht (7) bestimmten Aufnahmenut (9) versehen ist.
