The invention relates to a roller (10) consisting of elastically compressible material for applying waxes, especially to shoe soles, heel parts, etc., and proposes, in order to achieve an optimum mode of operation, that the outer surface of the roller (1) be formed of individual annular discs (9) of cellular rubber, lying one upon the other in sheet form, with a skin, integral with the cellular rubber, being provided on the wide surfaces (12) of the annular discs. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine aus elastisch kompressiblem Material bestehende Walze (1) zum Auftragen von Wachsen, insbesondere auf Schuhsohlen, Absatzplatten etc., und schlägt zwecks Erzielung einer optimalen Abeitsweise vor, daß die Mantelfläche der Walze (1) von einzelnen, flächig aufeinanderliegenden Moosgummi-Ringscheiben (9) mit auf den Ringscheiben-Breitflächen (12) vorgesehener, mit dem Moosgummi integraler Verhautung gebildet ist.
