The structure is composed of strip-shaped layers (11, 12, 13), between which tube ends of a section tube matrix are permanently embedded in a fluid-tight fashion; in this arrangement, the strip-shaped layers (11, 12, 13) are to be manufactured from fibres (14, 15) which are arranged between the tube end of adjacent section tube rows and are deformed under pressure such that they wrap around half the side of the tube in each case and form a firstly porous plate structure, into which a metallic material is infiltrated, in which all the fibres (14, 15) including the tube ends are positively embedded. <IMAGE>

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rohrbodenstruktur eines Wärmetauschers angegeben, die aus streifenförmigen Schichten (11, 12, 13) zusammengesetzt wird, zwischen denen Rohrenden einer Profilrohrmatrix fluiddicht fest eingebunden sind; dabei sollen die streifenförmigen Schichten (11, 12, 13) aus Fasern (14, 15) herstellt werden, die zwischen den Rohrenden benachbarter Profilrohrreihen angeordnet und unter Pressung so verformt werden, daß sie unter jeweils halbseitiger Rohrumschmiegung eine zunächst poröse Bodenstruktur ausbilden, in die ein metallischer Werkstoff infiltriert wird, in den sämtliche Fasern (14, 15) einschließlich der Rohrenden stoffschlüssig eingebunden werden.
