Abstract (en)
An opening device for a low-voltage circuit-breaker includes, in each pole, a switch bar (40), a pair of fixed contacts (26, 28) communicating with the connecting areas (30, 32), a double-opening rotary contact (14) extending into a housing (41) of the bar (40), and two arc-quenching chambers (36, 38) disposed on either side of the bar (40). Two contact compression springs (60, 62) ensure elastic positioning of the rotary contact (14) along the longitudinal direction of the pole. The pivoting of the rotary contact (14) takes place about a dummy axle (16) mounted so as to float in relation to the fixed axle of rotation of the bar (40). <IMAGE>

Un dispositif de coupure pour disjoncteur à basse tension, comporte dans chaque pôle un barreau (40) de commutation, une paire de contacts fixes (26,28) en liaison avec les plages de raccordement (30,32), un contact rotatif (14) à double coupure s'étendant dans un logement (41) du barreau (40), et deux chambres d'extinction d'arc (36,38) disposées de part et d'autre du barreau (40). Deux ressorts (60,62) de pression du contact assurent le positionnement élastique du contact rotatif (14) le long de la direction longitudinale du pôle. Le pivotement du contact rotatif (14) s'opère autour d'un axe (16) fictif monté flottant par rapport à l'axe fixe de rotation du barreau (40).
