In an ink baffle in an ink reservoir of a rotary printing machine, a profile body is arranged within an ink distribution channel to prevent turbulence within the ink. To alter the ink pressure between the profile body and the screen roller, the profile body is arranged to be able to pivot or to rotate, depending on its design.

Bei einer Farbauftragsleiste für ein Spülfarbwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine ist in einer Farbverteilungsrinne ein Profilkörper zur Vermeidung von Turbulenzen innerhalb der Farbe angeordnet. Zur Veränderung des Farbdruckes zwischen Profilkörper und Rasterwalze ist der Profilkörper je nach Ausführungsform schwenkbar oder rotierbar angeordnet.
