In the case of a plug for rock consolidation produced by injecting a curable plastic, reliable fixing of the plug (1) in a drilled hole is possible via a feed tube (35) owing to the fact that an expanding spring (8) connected to the elastic tube body (12) secures the tube body (12) in a drilled hole in both the direction of rotation (19) of a plug-side threaded clamping device (7) and the extraction direction (20) in such a way that the threaded clamping device (7) presses an expandable section (37) of the tube body (12) against the wall of a drilled hole. A non-reversing lock (6) in the area of the threaded clamping device (7) ensures that the feed tube (35) is unscrewed from the plug (1) by virtue of the fact that a locking body (26) secures the threaded tube by positive-locking engagement in a longitudinal groove (28), which threaded tube is turned in the release direction. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Stopfen für die Gebirgsverfestigung mittels Injektion eines aushärtbaren Kunststoffes ist ein sicheres Fixieren des Stopfens (1) in einem Bohrloch über ein Beschickungsrohr (35) dadurch möglich, daß eine mit dem elastischen Rohrkörper (12) verbundene Spreizfeder (8) den Rohrkörper (12) in einem Bohrloch sowohl in Drehrichtung (19) einer stopfenseitigen Gewindespannvorrichtung (7) als auch in der Auszugsrichtung (20) so festlegt, daß die Gewindespannvorrichtung (7) einen aufweitbaren Abschnitt (37) des Rohrkörpers (12) an die Wand eines Bohrloches preßt. Eine Rückdrehsperre (6) im Bereich der Gewindespannvorrichtung (7) gewährleistet das Abschrauben des Beschickungsrohres (35) vom Stopfen (1) indem ein Sperrkörper (26) das in Entspannrichtung gedrehte Gewinderohr durch formschlüssigen Eingriff in eine Längsnut (28) festlegt.
