Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0315341A2] Compositions containing acrylamide functional polyorganosiloxanes, methacrylate functional and dialkoxy functional terminated polydiorganosiloxanes, a photo-initiator, and an organic titanate provide a dual curing characteristics. The compositions cure by exposure to ultraviolet radiation and also cure by exposure to moisture, such as atmospheric moisture. The moisture cure characteristic provides these compositions with the capability to cure in the shadows where the ultraviolet radiation does not reach. Some of these compositions are useful as conformal coating for printed wire boards.
