The pad comprises a plastic base (1) with a backing surface (3) by which it is hot-welded onto a block of foam (2) one side of which carries a hot-melt film (4) previously added by hot rolling. On obtient ainsi une liaison sure quelle que soit la nature des agents chimiques contenus dans le produit à étaler.
