Abstract (en)

[origin: JPH01153461A] PURPOSE: To make the stripes appear from a part near a starting end of a string type paste material by partially mounting the flow openings for stripe products on an imaginary extension line of a slightly inclined rear face of a shoulder, and providing an inner skirt with the inner longitudinal ribs for braking the main paste products. CONSTITUTION: An inner skirt 8 comprises five flow openings regularly distributed in the circumferential direction of the inner skirt, and for example the flow opening 14 has a substantially rectangular outline of 0.8×1.1 mm in the longitudinal direction, and is kept into contact with two longitudinal ribs 17, 18 at both sides. The longitudinal ribs 17, 18 are extended from a lower end portion 19 of the inner skirt 8 to a lower end portion 20 of an outlet portion 6, their height is regularly increased upward, so that it is changed from 0.3 mm-0.5 mm on the area 26 which produces only the braking effect of the lower portion of the flow opening 14 is generated, and it is changed from 0.5 mm to 0.6 mm on the guiding/braking area to be extended to the outlet portion 6. The flow openings 13, 14 are completely included between an imaginary extension line of a slightly inclined surface 10 and an imaginary extention line of a truncated chamber portion of the rear face of a shoulder or a bevel 12.
