A device is specified for limiting the maximum speed of revolution of an internal combustion engine driving a vehicle. So that any desired operating point of the internal combustion engine is attainable as required but its noise level nevertheless remains relatively low, provision is made for activation of the speed limiter whilst the vehicle is at a standstill. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Er wird eine Vorrichtung zur Begrenzung der Maximaldrehzahl einer ein Fahrzeug antreibenden Brennkraftmaschine beschrieben. Damit im Bedarfsfalle jeder gewünschte Betriebspunkt der Brennkraftmaschine erreichbar ist, deren Geräuschniveau aber dennoch relativ gering bleibt, ist die Aktivierung der Drehzahlbegrenzung während des Stillstandes des Fahrzeuges vorgesehen.
