The applicator comprises a sealed refill (1) containing said liquid and removably arranged in a body (5) having at one of its ends a liquid applicator head (7) removably attached to said end, while means (9) are provided for communication between this applicator head (7) and the inside of the refill (1), and the other end of the body (5) has stopper means (12). <??>The refill (1) is stopped up at the opposite end to the applicator head (7) by a cap (4) made of a pierceable material, and the stopper means (12) of the body (5) carry a hollow needle (22,29) to perforate said cap (4,26) when the refill is inserted into said body (5), this hollow needle (22) communicating with air compressing means (17) worked by hand and carried by said stopper means (12). <??>For use in particular in industrial marker pens. <IMAGE>

Le dispositif pour appliquer sur une surface une substance liquide ou semi-pâteuse comprend une recharge hermétique (1) renfermant ladite substance, disposée de façon amovible dans un corps (5) comportant à l'une de ses extrémités une tête d'application (7) de ladite substance fixée de façon amovible à ladite extrémité, des moyens (9) étant prévus pour mettre en communication cette tête d'application (7) avec l'intérieur de la recharge (1) et l'autre extrémité du corps (5) comportant des moyens d'obturation (12). La recharge (1) est obturée à son extrémité opposée à la tête d'application (7) par une capsule (4), en matière perforable et les moyens d'obturation (12) du corps (5) portent une aiguille creuse (22, 29) pouvant perforer ladite capsule (4, 26) lorsque la recharge est placée dans ledit corps (5), cette aiguille creuse (22) communiquant avec des moyens (17) de mise sous pression d'air actionnables manuellement et portés par lesdits moyens d'obturation (12). Utilisation notamment dans les stylos industriels de marquage.
