The inner surfaces of the processing machine which come into contact with the plastic polymer material are totally or partially degreased, roughened, and, if necessary, treated chemically and/or provided with a primary coat, and then coated with one or more layers of fluoropolymers or fluoroelastomers containing 35 to 76 % by mass of fluorine and having a molar mass of at least 10<5>.

Un procédé et un outil permettent de traiter plus facilement des polymères thermoplastiques, notamment le polyéthylène linéaire. Les surfaces internes de la machine de traitement qui entrent en contact avec la masse de polymère plastique sont dégraissées entièrement ou partiellement, rendues rugueuses, éventuellement chimiquement traitées et/ou pourvues d'une couche d'apprêt, puis revêtues d'une ou plusieurs couches composées de fluoropolymères ou de fluoro-élastomères contenant entre 35 et 76 % en masse de fluor et ayant une masse molaire d'au moins 105.
