Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0316540A1] Between the shaft (14) and the inner boot (20) of a ski boot (10), two holding elements (22, 24) are arranged, which cover the instep in the manner of a saddle, overlapping in the region (32). On each holding element (22, 24), there engages a pull member (50, 50'), which extends in each case over the other holding element (24, 22) and is guided via a deflection (54) to the rotary closure (56). The pull members (50, 50') can be wound up in the rotary closure (56) so that the inner boot (20) is pressed painlessly and snugly against the foot in the region of the holding elements (22, 24). The front end regions (30, 30') of the holding elements (22, 24) are mounted on the guide element (44) freely slidably in the longitudinal direction (A) of the ski boot (10) and transversely thereto. By means of the adjustment member (46), the distance of the holding elements (22, 24) from the shaft (14) can be adjusted in arrow direction (B). <IMAGE>
