In a high-pressure discharge lamp (1), the tubular discharge vessel (8) is held in the outer bulb (2) by means of a frame (5); the frame (5) consists of two supply wires (6a, 6b), one of which is connected to a supporting bar (12), aligned parallel to the discharge vessel (8); at least one of the power supplies led out of the discharge vessel (8) is connected to the frame (5) in an electrically conductive and mechanically rigid manner via a leaf spring stamped part (15); the latter has an outer frame part (17) and an inner intermediate part (18) sprung against it; this simplified construction of the frame (5) simultaneously solves the problem of thermal expansion and that of the electrical supply. <IMAGE>

Bei einer Hochdruckentladungslampe (1) ist das rohrförmige Entladungsgefäß (8) im Außenkolben (2) durch ein Gestell (5) gehaltert; es besteht aus zwei Zuführungsdrähten (6a, 6b), von denen einer mit einem parallel zum Entladungsgefäß (8) ausgerichteten Stützstab (12) verbunden ist; zumindest eine der aus dem Entladungsgefäß (8) herausgeführten Stromzuführungen ist mit dem Gestell (5) über ein Blattfeder-Stanzteil (15) elektrisch-leitend und mechanisch-starr verbunden; es weist ein äußeres Rahmenteil (17) und ein dagegenfederndes inneres Zwischenteil (18) auf; mit diesem vereinfachten Aufbau des Gestells (5) wird gleichzeitig das Problem der Wärmeausdehnung und der elektrischen Zuleitung gelöst.
