Abstract (en)
Disposal of kitchen waste without problematic residues is possible by first comminuting the kitchen waste, then heating it to at least 100 DEG C, subsequently cooling it to room temperature and finally feeding it in a highly pasty to crumbly consistency to waste incineration.

Die Entsorgung von Küchenabfällen ist ohne problematische Rückstände dadurch möglich, daß die Küchenabfälle zuerst zerkleinert, dann auf zumindest 100° C erhitzt, anschließend auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt und schließlich in hoch-pastöser bis bröckeliger Konsistenz der Müllverbrennung zugeführt werden.
