Abstract (en)
The apparatus for producing, in particular reconstructing, layers of road surfacings, preferably while reusing old materials cleared from the road, is characterised by a receiving hopper (4) for the old material which is supported on a chassis (3) supported by motor-drivable running-gear units (1, 1'; 2, 2'), which material can be fed, preferably in metered manner, to a following breaking apparatus (5) being connected via metering conveying means (6) to a mixing apparatus (7) which is likewise supported on the chassis (3), to which mixing apparatus additional material components can be fed from at least one additional container (8, 9, 10) supported on the chassis (3) and from which the material processed ready for application can be fed via screw conveyors (13) to an application beam (14) which is pulled along by the chassis (3). <??>Such an apparatus permits not only the cold recycling of old asphalt but also the production of cold-mix foundation layers, and also a stabilisation and a direct application of virtually any base course materials. <IMAGE>

Die Einrichtung zur Herstellung, insbesondere Sanierung von Strassenaufbauschichten, vorzugsweise unter Wiederverwendung der von der Strasse abgetragenen Altmaterialien ist gekennzeichnet durch ein, auf einem von motorisch antreibbaren Fahrwerken (1,1';2,2') getragenen Chassis (3) abgestütztes Aufnahmesilo (4) für das Altmaterial, das einem nachgesetzten Brechwerk (5) vorzugsweise dosierbar zuführbar ist, wobei das Brechwerk (5) über dosierende Fördermittel (6) mit einem ebenfalls auf dem Chassis (3) abgestützten Mischwerk (7) in Verbindung steht, dem Zusatz-Materialkomponenten aus mindestens einem, auf dem Chassis (3) abgestützten Zusatzbehälter (8,9,10) zuführbar sind und aus dem das einbaufertig aufbereitete Material über Förderschneckenmittel (13) einer vom Chassis (3) nachgezogenen Einbaubohle (14) zuführbar ist. Eine solche Einrichtung erlaubt neben dem Kaltrecycling von Altasphalt auch die Erstellung von Kaltmischfundationsschichten sowie eine Stabilisierung und einen direkten Einbau praktisch beliebiger Tragschicht-Materialien.
