The invention relates to a method for water-saving washing of moving sheet-like materials, especially in washing processes for solvent washing or the like, in which, during the washing treatment, the sheet-like materials guided through the treatment apparatus in essentially vertical loops pass through treatment portions successively differing from one another from entry into the treatment apparatus up to the end of treatment, with a separate feed of washing liquour, and to a device for carrying out this method and is intended, by a better utilisation of the washing water, to achieve a considerable saving of fresh washing water and thereby to obtain a considerable saving in terms of operating costs during the washing of moving sheet-like materials. According to the invention, to achieve this, the treatment liquour running off from the sheet-like material in each treatment portion is collected, recycled into the same treatment portion by circulation and applied to the sheet-like material again. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum wassersparenden Waschen von laufenden Warenbahnen insbes. bei Waschprozessen für die Lösungswäsche oder dergl., bei dem die im wesentlichen in senkrechten Schleifen durch die Behandlung geführten Warenbahnen bei der Waschbehandlung vom Eintritt in die Behandlung bis zum Ende der Behandlung nacheinander verschiedene Behandlungsabschnitte mit separater Zuführung von Waschflotte durchlaufen, sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens und bezweckt durch bessere Ausnutzung des Waschwassers eine erhebliche Einsparung an frischem Waschwasser zu erreichen und damit eine erhebliche Einsparung an Betriebskosten bei Auswaschen laufender Warenbahnen zu erzielen. Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, die in jedem Behandlungsabschnitt von der Warenbahn ablaufende Behandlungsflotte zu sammeln, durch Umwälzung im Kreislauf wieder in den gleichen Behandlungsabschnitt zurückzuführen und wieder auf die Warenbahn aufzubringen .
