The invention relates to an electrical conductor for transmitting high-voltage pulses having an electrically conductive conductor smoothing layer arranged between the conductor and an adjacent insulating layer. Glow discharges between the conductor smoothing layer and the adjacent insulating layer are avoided in that the conductor smoothing layer (4, 5) is formed exclusively by a metallic layer (8), adjacent to the conductor (1 and 2, respectively), of a prefabricated metal-plastic two-layer tape (6 and 7, respectively) which consists of a thin metal foil and a plastic film connected closely thereto without the inclusion of air. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen elektrischen Leiter zur Übertragung von Hochspannungsimpulsen mit einer zwischen dem Leiter und einer benachbarten Isolierschicht angeordneten elektrisch leitfähigen Leiterglättungsschicht. Glimmentladungen zwischen der Leiterglättungsschicht und der angrenzenden Isolierschicht werden dadurch vermieden, daß die Leiterglättungsschicht (4,5) ausschließlich durch eine am Leiter (1 bzw. 2) anliegende Metallschicht (8) eines vorgefertigten Metall-Kunststoff-Zweischichtbandes (6 bzw. 7) gebildet ist, welches aus einer dünnen Metallfolie und einer damit innig und lufteinschlußfrei verbundenen Kunststoffolie besteht.
