[origin: EP0317418A2] The construction of an optoelectronic system for detecting and controlling the advance of films for gold-blocking or carrying holograms. These films are intended to be fixed onto a plastic, fabric, wood, leather support etc. With reference to Figure 1, this device comprises the supply of tape (6), the cylinder rolling up the disposable tape (11), the gold- blocking or hologram tape (2), the metering roller (3), a heating plate (7) carrying the die (1) and mounted on a movable bed (9), an electronic logic device (5) and an optical fibre sensor (16) detecting the advance of the tape. The cylinder (7) controlled by the electronic device (5) provides the advance of the tape (2). The supply of sheets of any type to be bound is stacked in the region (33) and carried along via the cylinder (4). After printing, the sheets are stored in the region (34).
