[origin: WO8904402A1] The invention concerns the process and the device for laying a foundation by creating a foundation block formed by the ground itself. At least one deep anchorage point is achieved using anchorage means (1/3), which are hammered into the ground. Said means (3) extend in the anchorage position towards the surface of the ground above which they project. A slab (10) with at least one opening (10a) for the passage of the prolongation of said anchorage means (3) is placed on the surface. A traction is exerted on the slab (10) in order to prestress the ground by means for tensioning said anchorage means located above said slab (10) until the service force required to maintain the structure (9) to be built on the surface is obtained.
