Abstract (en)
The device comprises a geared motor (17) which drives longitudinally, via a ball screw (20) and nut, the central body (22) of a moving element comprising two slides (24, 25) sandwiching the central body (22). The two slides mesh on a common pinion mounted so as to rotate freely in the central body (22). Each slide drives, via a vertical, cylindrical floating pin (34, 35, 38, 39), a control bar (9, 10) linked to a throw rod (7, 8) which is itself linked to a switch blade. The locking of an operating bar (9, 10) is effected at the end of the travel of the central body (22) by the positioning of a floating pin in a locking groove (40 to 43) of a fixed locking plate (30, 31). A mechanical fault in the transmission chain causes a relative displacement of the slides (24, 25) with respect to the central body (22), which displacement is detected by the rotation of the common pinion integrally connected to means (27) for actuating an anomaly-control contact (29). <IMAGE>

Le dispositif comprend un moto-réducteur (17) qui entraîne longitudinalement, par l'intermédiaire d'une vis à bille (20) et écrou, le corps central (22) d'un équipage mobile comprenant deux coulisses (24, 25) prenant en sandwich le corps central (22). Les deux coulisses engrènent sur un pignon commun monté en libre rotation dans le corps central (22). Chaque coulisse entraîne, par l'intermédiaire d'un pion flottant cylindrique vertical (34, 35, 38, 39) une barre de commande (9, 10) liée à une tringle de manoeuvre (7, 8) elle-même liée à une lame d'aiguille. Le verrouillage d'une barre de manoeuvre (9, 10) est effectué en fin de course du corps central (22) par le positionnement d'un pion flottant dans une gorge de verrouillage (40 à 43) d'une plaque de verrouillage (30, 31) fixe. Un défaut mécanique dans la chaîne de transmission provoque un déplacement relatif des coulisses (24, 25) par rapport au corps central (22) détecté par la rotation du pignon commun solidaire de moyens (27) d'actionnement d'un contact (29) de contrôle d'anomalie.
