So that the adjusting part can be set by means of a tool to be applied to the front side, the adjusting drive is composed of a sliding block (8) which is displaceably guided parallel to the pivot axis (7) in the abutment part (5) and which has a rack (9) inclined at 10 to 30 DEG relative to the pivot axis (7), and of a pinion (10) which is rotatably mounted in the adjusting part (6) and meshes with the rack (9) and which is rotatable by means of a tool. <IMAGE>
