[origin: WO8810461A1] An hydraulic proportional pressure magnet valve comprises a control piston (2) which can reciprocate in a boring in a valve housing (1) having an inlet port (9), an outlet port (10) and a load port (11). A solenoid magnet (3) having a declining characteristic curve for the force acts on the piston in a direction corresponding to an opening of the inlet port, and the pressure in the load port (11) provides a counter-force in the opposite direction. The piston is movable without being influenced by mechanical springs, and the control edges (4) of the control piston (2) have a positive overlapping with the inlet port (9) and the outlet port (10).

Un soupape magnétique à pression hydraulique proportionnelle comprend un piston de régulation (2) qui peut effectuer un mouvement alternatif dans un alésage ménagé dans un logement de soupape (1) comportant un orifice d'entrée (9), un orifice de sortie (10) et un orifice de chargement (11). Un aimant à solénoïde (3) présentant une courbe caractéristique déclinante pour la force agit sur le piston dans une direction correspondant à une ouverture de l'orifice d'entrée et la pression s'exerçant dans l'orifice de chargement (11) assure une force antagoniste dans la direction opposée. Le piston est mobile sans être soumis à l'action de ressorts mécaniques et les bords de régulation (4) du piston de régulation (2) présentent un chevauchement positif avec l'orifice d'entrée (9) et l'orifice de sortie (10).
