Abstract (en)
A forming panel for forming concrete has a reinforcing frame with transverse struts 19 of extruded aluminium. The latter have, on the inner walls of their side walls 23, 24, projections 41, 42 and grooves 46, 47 which are formed by extrusion and are fashioned in the manner of opposite internally threaded portions. Distributed over the length, there are provided in the transverse wall 26 holes 28, into which a structural bar having a coarse external thread and serving for anchoring the forming panel is introduced, and into which the internal threaded portions can be screwed. It is not necessary to weld a plurality of separate nuts with the required internal thread into or onto the transverse strut, thus reducing costs. In addition, the threaded engagement into the grooves 46, 47 distributed over the entire side-wall height is capable of greater loading than in the case of the short internal threads of conventional nuts. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Schaltafel zum Schalen von Beton hat einen Versteifungsrahmen mit Querstreben 19 aus stranggepreßtem Aluminium. Diese haben an den Innenwänden ihrer Seitenwände 23, 24 Vorsprünge 41, 42 bzw. Nuten 46, 47 im Strangpreßverfahren eingeformt, die nach Art gegenüberliegender Innengewindeabschnitte gestaltet sind. Über die Länge verteilt sind in der Querwand 26 Löcher 28 vorgesehen, in die ein der Verankerung der Schaltafel dienender Baustab, der ein grobes Außengewinde aufweist, eingeführt und in die Innengewindeabschnitte eingeschraubt werden kann. Es erübrigt sich, mehrere separate Muttern mit dem erforderlichen Innengewinde in bzw. an der Querstrebe anzuschweißen, was Kosten spart. Auch ist der Gewindeeingriff in die sich über die gesamte Seitenwandhöhe verteilenden Nuten 46, 47 belastbarer als bei den kurzen Innengewinden herkömmmlicher Muttern.
