The device for dispensing a flowable substance, in particular a toothpaste, has a container and a metering device which is in connection with said container via a first valve flap and is provided with a pressure piston, which is spring-loaded and is guided in a cylinder, and with an outlet opening which can be closed by a second valve flap, a tubular element being connected downstream of the metering device on the outlet opening, and the tubular element being arranged parallel to the pressure piston of the metering device and off-centre relative to the axis of the cylindrical storage container, and, furthermore, the tubular element being provided at the free end with a closure at the outlet opening, and the tubular element being exchangeable. It is to be possible for different additives to be mixed with the main substance in the region of its outlet section, distributed all-around. This is achieved in that the exchangeable tubular element (13) has a widening (16) and is surrounded in a constructional unit by a concentric chamber (14), which is open towards the second valve flap (12), for receiving a second flowable substance (B), in particular a striped paste, several openings (17) towards the chamber (14) being constructed in the region of the widening (16) of the tubular element (13). Mit einer Vorrichtung zur Abgabe eines fließfähigen Stoffes, insbesondere einer Zahncreme, mit einem Behälter und mit einer mit diesem über eine erste Ventilklappe in Verbindung stehenden Dosiereinrichtung, welche mit einem von einer Feder beaufschlagten, in einem Zylinder geführten Druckkolben und mit einer durch eine zweite Ventilklappe verschließbaren Austrittsöffnung versehen ist, wobei der Dosiereinrichtung an der Austrittsöffnung ein rohrförmiges Element nachgeschaltet ist, und wobei das rohrförmige Element parallel zum Druckkolben der Dosiereinrichtung und außermittig zur Achse des zylindrischen Vorratsbehälters angeordnet ist, und wobei ferner das rohrförmige Element am freien Ende mit einem Verschluß an der Austrittsöffnung versehen ist, und wobei das rohrförmige Element auswechselbar ist, sollen unterschiedliche Zusatzstoffe dem Hauptstoff im Bereich seines Austrittsstranges ringsum verteilt beigemischt werden können. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß das auswechselbare rohrförmige Element (13) eine Erweiterung (16) aufweist und in baulicher Einheit von einer konzentrischen, zur zweiten Ventilklappe (12) hin offenen Kammer (14) zur Aufnahme eines zweiten fließfähigen Stoffes (B), insbesondere einer Streifencreme, umgeben ist, wobei im Bereich der Erweiterung (16) des rohrförmigen Elements (13) mehrere Öffnungen (17) zur Kammer (14) ausgebildet sind.
