Abstract (en)
The bottom wall (2) is associated with a box (3), in which there are mounted a fan (4) driven by a motor (9), an electric resistance heating element (5) and means (15) for regulating the heating of the latter, the resistance heating element (5) being positioned in the flow of air produced by the fan and the bottom wall (2) comprising openings (6, 7, 8) for passage of the flow of air. Used to simplify the construction and to facilitate the cleaning of so-called "turning-heat" ovens. <IMAGE>

La paroi de fond (2) est associée à un caisson (3) dans lequel sont montés un ventilateur (4) entraîné par un moteur (9), une résistance de chauffage électrique (5) et des moyens (15) de régulation du chauffage de cette dernière, la résistance de chauffage (5) étant placée dans le flux d'air engendré par le ventilateur et la paroi de fond (2) comportant des ouvertures (6, 7, 8) de passage du flux d'air. Utilisation pour simplifier la construction et faciliter le nettoyage des fours dits "à chaleur tournante".
