Self-propelled vehicle of the type comprising a self-propelled machine supporting a tilting tipper body and with, at the front, means (95) for picking up debris from the sand and a conveyor belt (81) for conveying the picked-up debris into the tipper body (7), characterised in that the means of picking up the debris from the sand comprise an apron (60) mounted pivotably on a shaft (67) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the machine, means (90) being provided in order to control the adjustment of the incline of the said apron (60), the latter comprising, at its front end, a blade (95) intended for engaging in the ground and, at the rear of the latter, a grid conveyor (81) opening out onto the conveyor belt (18) and driven by drive means (74, 75, 76). <IMAGE>

Machine automotrice du type comprenant un engin automoteur supportant une benne basculante et avec, à l'avant, des moyens (95) pour ramasser des détritus sur le sable et un tapis transporteur (81) pour acheminer les détritus ramassés dans la benne (7), caractérisée en ce que les moyens pour ramasser les détritus sur le sable comprennent un tablier (60) monté pivotant sur un axe (67) perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal de l'engin, des moyens (90) étant prévus pour commander le réglage de l'inclinaison dudit tablier (60), ce dernier comportant à son extrémité antérieure une lame (95) destinée à s'engager dans le sol et en arrière de celle-ci, un transporteur à grilles (81) débouchant sur le tapis transporteur (18) et entraîné par des moyens moteurs (74,75,76).
