In a very small hinged-armature relay of the printed-circuit board relay type, with a dual-in-line connector layout, which relay must be designed for a very high number of operations, the problem exists of designing the armature return spring such that it can withstand the number of operations without any risk of fracture. This problem is solved in the case of the present relay such that the leaf spring, which is connected in a positively locking manner to the limbs of the U-shaped armature (13), and which acts as a return spring, runs approximately parallel to the said limbs and is connected in a force-fitting manner to the coil body (10) forming the relay structure, in contrast to the normal fixing on the corresponding limbs of the E-shaped magnetic yoke (12). In this way, the spring can have a length which is at least equal to the length of the limbs of the armature. In order to simplify production and assembly, the leaf springs of the individual limbs are connected via a lateral web to a single-piece, H-shaped spring (14). <IMAGE>

Bei einem sehr kleinen Klappanker-Relais von der Art eines Leiterplattenrelais mit dual-in-line-Anschlussbelegung, das für eine sehr hohe Anzahl von Betätigungen ausgelegt sein muss, besteht das Problem, die Ankerrückstellfeder so auszulegen, dass diese diese Anzahl von Betätigungen ohne Bruchgefahr übersteht. Beim vorliegenden Relais wird dieses Problem so gelöst, dass die mit den Schenkeln des U-förmigen Ankers (13) formschlüssig verbundene, als Rückstellfeder wirkende Blattfeder angenähert parallel zu diesen Schenkeln verläuft und entgegen der üblichen Fixierung auf den entsprechenden Schenkeln des E-förmigen Magnetjochs (12) mit dem die Relaisstruktur bildenden Spulenkörper (10) kraftschlüssig verbunden ist. Auf diese Art kann die Feder eine Länge haben, die mindestens gleich der Länge der Schenkel des Ankers ist. Zur Fertigungs- und Montageerleichterung sind die Blattfedern der einzelnen Schenkel durch einen Quersteg zu einer einstückigen, H-förmigen Feder (14) verbunden.
